Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.


Our Support Schedule:

11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) - Monday to Friday
11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (IST) - Saturday
Sunday Closed



NOTE: We have issues with our email service at support@thememount.com so if you replied email to our ticket email then please reply it again. If you didn't received our reply within 24 hours then please email your queries to thememount@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it.


Support Policy:
Our support is limited to usage and issues with the theme and does NOT cover customization and support for 3rd party plugins. However we do offer simple css and code snippets whenever possible for simple customizations.
We try to respond to queries within 24 hours, however depending on weekends and public holidays it may stretch upto 72 hrs.

After creating tickets, please don't reply to our support system via email. Please write write your comments directly on the ticket page. Our system is not linked with email so your email will not reach us and also not linked with your ticket.
